September 1997
Founder starts Groomer's Choice in Sioux Falls Home
Founder Dan Dressen begins Groomer's Choice from his garage in Sioux Falls, SD. The first catalog and website are officially launched.
Substantial Growth and New Products
1999-2003
Start of the Coat Handler, Bark2Basics & The BatherBox
The Coat Handler & Bark2Basics coat care lines have a new beginning. Groomer's Choice develops the BathMaster Bathing System, which today is known as the BatherBox.
New Locations
2009-2012
Expansion & New Locations
Groomer's Choice opens their first Florida-based warehouse. As growth continues, the first warehouses in Las Vegas and Philadelphia are added.
House Brands Expand
2014-2016
New Product Lines
The Dura Dog equipment line launches, expanding the house brand to include tubs, tables and additional grooming equipment. in 2016, Bubble Bros, coat care line launches.

Groomer's Choice Headquarters move into current location in Sioux Falls. Soon after, the Sioux Falls headquarters expands to 125,000 sq ft.
